How to Get to Bandung
Bandung, a capital city of West Java Province, locates in Parahyangan mountainous landscape. It is about 180 km (112 miles) southwest of Jakarta, the capital city of Indonesia. The nearest international airport to Bandung is Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Cengkareng, Jakarta. While Husein Sastranegara Bandung airport currently serves international flights from Malaysia.
There are several shuttle services from Soekarno-Hatta airport to Bandung. We recommend you to take PRIMAJASA Limousine/bus that goes from Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Cengkareng-Jakarta to Bandung Super Mall (BSM), Bandung. BSM is the shopping center where you may easily take taxi to your hotel or venue.
The PRIMAJASA Limousine schedule is as follows (depart from the airport to Bandung) 08.00, 08.30, 09.00, 09.30, 10.00, 10.30, 11.00, 11.30 12.00, 12.30, 13.00, 13.30, 14.00, 14.30, 15.00, 15.30 16.00, 16.30, 17.00, 17.30, 18.00, 18.30, 19.00, 19.30 20.00, 20.30, 21.00, 21.30, 22.00, 23.00, 24.00
The bus departs from Terminal 1 B and Terminal 2 E (near Mc Donald"s). It will cost you IDR 75,000 (approx. USD 8) and must be paid in rupiahs.
Although the key point of entry into and departure from Indonesia is the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Jakarta, there is now direct international flights to Bandung from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Singapore. Please check the following airline : Air Asia (http://www.airasia.com/)
